Shipping policy

By placing an order on CupidIntimates.com, you are agreeing to the following policies: 

 

General Terms 

We gladly ship items to all 50 American states, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico as well as all provinces and territories of Canada and Australia. 

We offer the following delivery options:  

 

United States and US territories: 

  1. Free shipping (via USPS or UPS®) on orders of merchandise totaling $50.00 USD or more (after any discounts, not including shipping or taxes) 

  1. Customer-paid UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air®, USPS economy or standard via Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. 

 

Canada and Canadian territories: 

  1. Free shipping (via DHL, UPS®, or USPS) on orders of merchandise totaling $150.00 CAD or more (after any discounts, not including shipping or taxes) 

  1. Customer-paid shipping via DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct, DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, DHL Express Worldwide, UPS® Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International 

Australia and Australian territories: 

  1. Free shipping (via DHL) on orders of merchandise totaling $200.00 AUD or more (after any discounts, not including shipping or taxes) 

  1. Customer-paid shipping via DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct, DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, DHL Express Worldwide, UPS® Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International 

 

Please note that not all options are available for all orders. Factors such as the dollar amount of an order, an order's weight, and an order’s final destination will affect which choices are available for any particular order. 

DHL, UPS®, and USPS shipping terms and conditions will apply accordingly. 

Upon Completion of Your Order 

A confirmation number will be generated. You’ll immediately be sent an email notification containing that confirmation number. You’ll receive a second email notification when your order is shipped. This will contain the DHL, UPS® or USPS website address and your DHL, UPS®, or USPS tracking number that you’ll be able to use to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

All orders initiated will ship within 72 non-US holiday business hours of order confirmation. 

We will ship items to P.O. boxes (via USPS only) in these locations: all 50 American states, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico. 

We’re sorry, but at this time, we’re unable to ship items to APO/FPO addresses, any locations outside of the US, US territories (with the exception of Guam and Puerto Rico), Canda, Canadian Territories, Austrlia, and Australian Territories. Also, not all geographic destinations are served by all of our delivery options. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

Cupid Intimates is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information, including street address, apartment/unit numbers, city, state, and ZIP code, is accurate and complete before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment to the correct address. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping information before completing their purchase to avoid any delivery delays or additional fees. 

Did We Forget to Include an Item in Your Shipment? 

If your package is missing an item that you ordered, please contact our customer service team. Assuming there was no reason other than human error for the omission, we’ll make sure that the item is sent out to you at no additional cost. 

How Long Will Your Order Take to Arrive? 

Estimated delivery windows for each shipping method will be displayed at checkout. CupidIntimates.com cannot guarantee that any order will arrive within these stated time horizons. Once shipped from our Distribution Center, deliveries become the responsibility of DHL, UPS, or USPS. For questions or concerns about your shipment’s status, please contact DHL at dhl.com, UPS at UPS.com, or the USPS at USPS.com. 

Please note that orders won't be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
