How do I check out?
Please follow these steps:
- Select the color, size, and quantities of all the styles you’d like to order, adding them to the shopping cart as you decide by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
- Once you've added all of the desired product to your cart, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right of the screen and click "Checkout."
- Enter your email address and/or log into your account to auto populate your information in the "Contact" section.
- Fill in your shipping Information in the "Delivery" section.
- Choose your shipping method.
- Enter your payment information.
- If you'd like to have your information saved for next time and create an account with us, check the checkbox in the "Remember me" section.
- Review your order and make any necessary corrections to it. Please note the total cost, including shipping and taxes.
- Review our Refund, Shipping, Privacy, and Terms of Service policies.
- Click the "Pay Now" button to place your order.
If an item is out of stock, can I backorder it?
No, Cupid Intimates does not offer backorders. We will not accept an order, nor charge you, for any item that cannot be shipped with 72 business hours. If an item you'd like to order appears to be out of stock, please Contact Us and we can help to assist you with another solution.
What happens after I place my order?
After you've placed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number with a receipt. Please check your spam or junk email folders if you haven't received your order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order.
Once your order ships (within two business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information for your order shipment.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Cupid Intimates is required by law to collect any state, county, and/or local sales taxes applicable to CupidIntimates.com purchases made in states where our company has a physical nexus or connection with the associated taxing jurisdictions (i.e., we’ve established such a connection because our offices, employees, warehouses, stored inventory, and/or affiliates are located there). Cupid Intimates is also required by law to collect such sales taxes where our company has an economic nexus or connection with the associated taxing jurisdictions (i.e., we’ve established such a connection because the number of our retail transactions, or the dollar amount of those retail transactions, passes that state’s codified thresholds for the number, or dollar amount, of those transactions). For all orders that qualify, we’ll determine the sales tax and add it to the purchase total. In the event that a non-final sale item from such an order is returned to us, we’ll refund this sales tax, along with the item’s original purchase price.
PLEASE NOTE: Though we’re currently only obligated to charge sales tax on orders when we’ve establish a physical or economic nexus, you may still be obligated to pay sales/use tax on your online purchase to your state, county, and/or local tax authority even when sales tax isn’t applied to your order by us. Please visit your state taxing authority’s website for more information.
What if I need help placing an order?
If you’re experiencing technical problems while trying to place an order, the cause may be a problem with your computer or mobile device, your internet connection, our site, or an inconsistency in the information you’re providing.

Do you accept credit cards with billing addresses located outside of the United States?
No. We're sorry, at this time, we do not accept any credit cards with billing addresses located outside the United States.

Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Free shipping is offered on orders of $50 or more.

Where do you ship?
At this time, we currently only ship to the United States (including all 50 status, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico).
We also ship to P.O. Boxes in these destinations.
We’re sorry, but we currently don't ship to APO/FPO addresses or any addresses in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, or American Samoa.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
You can change the delivery address of your order PRIOR to placing the order by returning to the shipping information section of the checkout process.
Once an order has been placed, however, the delivery address can only be changed by canceling the order and placing a new one. But please keep in mind that orders CANNOT be canceled after 10:00AM Eastern Time following the time the order was originally placed. After 10:00AM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped to the delivery address specified.

What are the differences among the brands you sell?

Why are there price differences among your brands?
Products for our brands are made using different fabrics, findings, features, construction techniques, and combinations of these factors. Differences in the total cost of their labor and material combinations lead to the variations in prices.
Despite these differences, keep in mind that the best shaper is the one that’s right for you and your budget. When you look great and feel confident, you know you’ve found the best garment for you, regardless of its price.
How do I know which size to buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located above the available sizes for each of our products.
Do you offer pregnancy or post-partum shapewear?
We currently offer two Cupid maternity support briefs that are designed to be worn during the different stages of your pregnancy as well as with your post-partum body.
Do you make shapewear specifically for men?
While we currently do not make garments specifically for men, plenty of men have found success with styles in our current offerings.
What is Wonderful Edge®?
Wonderful Edge® is a breathable silicone finish placed at the leg openings, waists, tops, and bottoms of many of our products. It prevents these garments from riding up, rolling down, or producing wedgies.
Applied directly to our fabrics without the need for seams or elastics, it never creates lines and remains invisible under all types of fashions. And, since it incorporates many, distinct rows of silicone - not just a single, rigid band - that stretch with our fabrics, the Wonderful Edge® is surprisingly breathable, cool, and comfortable.
How should I care for my new shapewear or panties?
Before washing and drying your garments, remember to read their care labels for instructions on how to do so properly so that they’ll retain their form and function, and last as long as possible. All garments have labels that display the materials out of which they’re made and instructions about how they should best be washed and dried.

Why does my high-waist shaper roll down from the waistband?
If your shaper constantly rolls down across your tummy, you’re wearing a size that’s too small for you. Try moving up to a larger size.
Why does my shaping short roll up from the bottom of the leg?
If your thigh slimmer constantly rolls up over your legs, you’re wearing a size that’s too small for you. Try moving up to a larger size.
How can I avoid shapewear or panty wedgies?
People get wedgies because the underwear they wear is just too small or too big, or it’s made with a fabric that doesn’t sufficiently stretch. To prevent wedgies, make sure to choose a correctly-sized garment made with our breathable Wonderful Edge® silicone finish placed at the legs. This will also eliminate visible panty lines.
How can I find "bathroom-friendly" shapewear?
Shapewear should never make using the restroom problematic.
If you choose a garment that has a hook & eye gusset (crotch) closure, simply unfasten it and tuck it up and out of the way when nature calls.
If your garment has a split gusset– commonly incorporated into bodysuits with legs that have a mid-thigh length – you may want to pull the garment down to use the facilities. Some people have no problem using spilt crotches; others struggle with success.
Keep in mind that, when wearing any new style of shapewear, it’s always a good idea to practice using the restroom at home before wearing the garment in public. You’ll want to decide ahead of time how you’ll deal with the situation. Don’t wait until you’re all dressed up and under pressure.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
There are two options to remove yourself from our marketing emails:
1. Click the "Unsubscribe" button located at the bottom of our emails
2. Send an email to site_administrator@cupidintimates.com, write “NO EMAIL” in the subject field, and tell us that you wish to unsubscribe.
Although we will promptly remove your name from our email list upon receiving your request, it is possible that you may still receive a few emails from us that had been initiated prior to your request.
Please note that you will still receive transactional emails if you make a purchase on our website.

What does Cupid Intimates do with the personal information I provide?
